Each milestone type row includes action options accessible through the three-dot menu, providing quick access to milestone type management functions. Available actions include viewing detailed milestone type information for comprehensive review, editing milestone specifications to update names or descriptions, and deleting milestone types when they are no longer needed or relevant. These actions provide convenient milestone type maintenance directly from the main list view without requiring navigation to separate management interfaces.

The milestone type creation form allows you to establish new project milestone categories with clear identification and detailed descriptions.

Updating Milestone Type

The milestone type update form provides comprehensive editing capabilities for modifying existing milestone categories. You can update milestone type names and descriptions. The form pre-populates with current milestone information, ensuring data consistency while allowing necessary updates.

Deleting a Milestone Type

When deleting a milestone type, the system displays a confirmation dialog to prevent accidental removal of existing milestone categories. The dialog clearly identifies the specific milestone type being deleted and states that the action will permanently remove the milestone type from the system and cannot be undone.
