The Project Management Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all project metrics.

Dashboard Components​

Project Status Overview​

The dashboard displays real-time project status metrics across six key categories:

  • New Projects - Shows the count of recently created projects awaiting submission for approval.
  • Pending Approval - Displays projects currently in the approval workflow, requiring line managers' approvals.
  • Approved Projects - Indicates projects that have received necessary approvals and are ready for execution
  • Active Projects - Shows currently executing projects with ongoing activities and resource allocation
  • Rejected Projects - Displays projects that have been declined or require revision before execution
  • Completed Projects - Indicates successfully finished projects that have met all deliverable and quality requirements

Financial Overview​

The Funds Overview section provides critical budget and expenditure tracking:

  • Disbursed Funds - Shows the total amount of funds that have been allocated and released for project activities
  • Used Funds - Displays the actual expenditure from disbursed funds, helping track budget utilization and remaining available resources

This financial visibility enables project managers to maintain budget control, track spending patterns, and ensure projects remain within approved financial parameters throughout their execution lifecycle.
