Overview

The Inventory module provides comprehensive features for managing stock. It includes features for handling warehouses, viewing and adding stock levels, receiving and reconcilling material resource plans, receiving material requests, and configuring product settings to ensure efficient inventory control and operations.

Key Dashboard Features​

Summary Metrics​

The dashboard displays four critical inventory metrics at the top:

  • Products Received - Total items received into inventory
  • Products Disbursed - Total items disbursed from inventory
  • Pending Requisitions - Material requests awaiting processing
  • Available Value - Total inventory value available

Filter options available: Warehouses and Date Range to customize the data view.

Monthly Overview Chart​

Track inventory flow with a comprehensive chart showing:

  • Products Received vs Products Disbursed - Visual comparison of inbound vs outbound inventory movements over time
  • Monthly Trends - Identify patterns and seasonal variations in inventory activity

Filter options available: Warehouses and Date Range to analyze specific locations and time periods.

Items Distribution​

A detailed pie chart visualization showing:

  • Item Categories - Distribution of different item types in inventory
  • Stock Composition - Visual breakdown of inventory by item categories
  • Inventory Balance - Quick overview of which items make up the largest portions of your stock

Filter options available: Warehouses to view distribution for specific warehouse locations.

Products Overview Table​

Detailed product information including:

  • Product Names - Complete list of items in inventory
  • Warehouse Locations - Where each product is stored
  • Item Classifications - Product categories and specifications
  • Current Quantities - Real-time stock levels for each product

Filter options available: Warehouses to view products from specific warehouse locations.

This dashboard provides warehouse managers and inventory staff with real-time visibility into stock levels, movement patterns, and overall inventory health to make informed decisions about procurement, distribution, and stock optimization.
